I want to introduce you to one of my favorite ministries…
Here’s the story:
In December of 2007, Pastor P. JohnPaul from India contacted LWFC through our website’s Prayer Request form. His request was for prayer for his ministries and his family. The aims of their ministry are Church plantation, Orphanage, caring for the widows, caring for the HIV/AIDS etc. He is also over 50 Pastors of 50 local churches.
You thought you were busy?
So, over the last couple of years, we have exchanged emails, and I can’t even express to you how much I have fallen in love with this ministry. He often sends pictures with the emailed prayer requests, and it breaks my heart to see how these people have been mistreated in their own country.
The purpose of telling you all of this and even posting this, is that you join me in praying for this ministry. Lives are being changed, saved… People are coming to know Christ in ways that can’t even be explained. It is important that we pray for one another, especially in these times.
James 5:16 says: “Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.”
So let’s do this. God will get the glory, He will reap the harvest, but we have to sow the seeds and plow the fields. It’s the least we can do for all He has already done.
